Subject: Important Registration Information for the “Aruba Open”
Dear Regional Director,
The Aruba Practical Shooters Club (APSC) is pleased to announce that the annual “Aruba Open” will take place from August 20th to August 30th. This year’s IPSC Level III tournament will feature the “Iron Man Challenge” across 20 stages, and we are excited to welcome shooters from your region.
We are writing to inform you that the oƯicial registration portal will open soon. To ensure a smooth and eƯicient registration process for all participants, we kindly request that you advise your shooters to begin gathering the necessary documentation.
Each participant will be required to provide the following information upon registration:
• Firearm Details: Make, Model, Caliber, and Serial Number
• Documentation: A valid Gun Permit and a clear Passport Photo
• Travel Logistics: Complete Flight Information and Accommodation Details in Aruba
• Ammunition: Confirmation of whether they will be bringing their own ammunition (e.g., 9mm, .40 S&W, etc.)
Having these details prepared in advance will greatly expedite the registration and customs clearance processes. We will send follow-up communication with the oƯicial registration link as soon as it becomes available.
